I. Basic Information of the Company: Guangshiyuan Calcium Industry (Heilongjiang) Co., Ltd. is a domestic enterprise with Beijing Ruixinlongfeng Trading Co., Ltd. as the main investor. The legal representative is Huang Song. Main business scope: limestone mining, processing, and sales; production and sales of calcium carbonate, desulfurizing agents, heavy calcium carbonate, and nano-calcium (excluding hazardous chemicals); loading and unloading services; and general cargo road transportation. II. Construction Location: Jinyinku Village, Xingkaihu Township, Mishan City. III. Construction Period: May 2024 - December 2027. IV. Total Investment: 250 million RMB. V. Construction Scale and Content: The project covers a total area of 5.3 hectares, constructing a large-scale green mine with an annual limestone production capacity of 2 million tons, three environmentally friendly and energy-saving lime kilns with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons (two double-chamber kilns and one rotary kiln), and two production lines for 50,000 tons of desulfurizing agents and 20,000 tons of calcium hydroxide. The project will be constructed in three phases. Phase I, commencing construction in 2026, will involve the construction of a double-chamber kiln with a planned investment of 75 million yuan and an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-calcium ash. Phase II, commencing construction in 2027, will involve the construction of another double-chamber kiln and a desulfurizing agent production line with a planned investment of 80 million yuan and an annual output of 400,000 tons of high-calcium ash and 50,000 tons of desulfurizing agent.
